Happy fathers day, June 15!

Piacere offers two ways to treat Dad. First, an Italian brunch from
10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 15. Cost is $26 per person for
prix fixe menu and Prosecco or a Ramos Fizz. Children 10 and
younger are half price.

Wine consultant Philippe Dreyer presents a five-flight tasting, featuring Champagne, three pink wines and Sancerre on June 25 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And the icing on the cake? Taste three mini cupcakes - a preview of the delicious offerings from San Carlos' new gourmet cupcake bakery Vanilla Moon, set to open this month. Cost is $24 for the tasting and cupcake pairing. Eat local! Farmers Market Challenge 2008

Browsing the San Carlos farmers market this Thursday? Wondering what to make for dinner? Let us give you a hand.

Piacere invites you to challenge Executive Chef Miriam Russell-Wadleigh. Bring in your favorite selections - squash, salmon, strawberries, whatever suits you from the farmers market Thursday evenings through September. Our team will embellish it to create a two-course meal served family style.

Piacere offers full-service catering throughout the SF Bay Area. It's ideal for a variety of events including business mixers and seminars, wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, company parties.

Our service is for up to 4,000 guests at your venue of choice. Menu options are flexible and tailored to each client. We offer a complete kitchen and wait staff including bartenders. Our event coordinators are happy to make any special arrangements at your request including (but not limited to) flowers, entertainment, A/V equipment, Valet Parking, etc.

Custom Wine Dinners & Tastings

Piacere offers wine tastings, special dinners, and seminars hosted by our Sommeliers and other industry professionals featuring special dishes prepared specifically to complement the wines and experience. Our in-house sommelier(s) will provide insight into the selected theme as you and your guests sip the wines in our unique spaces. Corporate and Private Events (4-200 people.)

Choose a casual walk-around tasting to mingle with your friends or organize a formal corporate presentation. For intimate tastings with 4-6 people, we can offer the intimate Wine Cellar or for larger groups events can be held in Piacere's Private Dining Wine Room, the Fireplace Room or our Lounge.
